Amsterdam, The Netherlands (2001)
Visual artist, recently graduated from the Royal Academy Of Arts (KABK) in The Hague.

Within my work I research how memories come to exist‭, ‬distort‭, ‬and how they decay‭. ‬Through 
video installations‭, ‬depicting slow landscapes‭, ‬small movements‭, ‬and little dialogue‭, ‬I let the 
surroundings guide the narrative‭. ‬Within this method I aim to seek out traces of fictional narratives
 in‭ ‬existing landscapes‭, ‬gradually unfolding a storyline‭. ‬By holding this tension between what is 
remembered and what is imagined I‭ ‬hope to reconstruct initial interpretations‭. ‬Using both the 
imaginative aspect‭, ‬and the fragility of‭ ‬memory as a way to ultimately preserve it‭.‬
